About the Role

We’re on a mission to capture the world’s lived wisdom—and you’ll be at the heart of it.As an Expert Knowledge Curator & Interviewer , you’ll engage with domain experts across life dimensions (work, wellness, finance, personal growth) to extract their insights, stories, and mental models. You’ll transform these into structured, compelling knowledge assets for an AI-powered guidance platform.This role blends journalism, ghost-writing, anthropology, and strategic storytelling. It’s ideal for someone who is both deeply empathetic and analytically sharp.

Travel : Local travel required for expert interviews

What You’ll Do

• Conduct 1 : 1 interviews with experts to uncover stories, insights, and lived experience
• Ask thoughtful follow-ups to surface deeper meaning
• Synthesize conversations into structured formats (frameworks, principles, narratives, etc.)
• Write and edit summaries and knowledge pieces in the expert’s voice
• Collaborate with tagging / vectorisation teams for AI-readiness
• Refine interview flows and question sets
• Support diary-style self-submissions and convert them into usable content

What You Bring

Experience (5+ years) :

• Journalism, nonfiction writing, UX / qualitative research, ethnography, ghostwriting, or strategic storytelling
• Interviewing subject matter experts or individuals with rich lived experience
• Synthesizing unstructured input into structured knowledge or stories

Skills & Qualities :

• Deep curiosity and empathy
• Strong writing portfolio (published or ghostwritten)
• Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Bonus : Familiarity with knowledge management or AI content workflows
