We’re on the hunt for a Content Curator / Creative Lead to shape and deliver powerful learning campaigns to a global audience of young people. This is a rare opportunity to combine creativity, purpose, and culture in one role — driving content that educates, inspires, and actually makes an impact.

The Mission:

You’ll take full ownership of in-app learning experiences — designing the creative direction, managing the content calendar, briefing creators and agencies, and signing off on every asset. You’ll be part strategist, part producer, part editor-in-chief. And you’ll use AI tools, A/B testing, and your own creative instincts to constantly elevate the work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end creative process for Gen Z learning campaigns
  • Curate, brief, and direct creators, editors, and partners
  • Craft educational content that lives natively on TikTok, YouTube, IG, and in-app feeds
  • Present bold creative concepts to partners and respond to feedback with clarity
  • Use data, experimentation, and platform insights to iterate and improve
  • Maintain visual identity, voice, and tone across all content

About You:

  • 3+ years in content creation, digital storytelling, or education media
  • A strong portfolio that blends visual creativity with sharp narrative instinct
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, communication, and social formats
  • Hands-on experience producing video, motion, or interactive content
  • Confident leading feedback sessions, managing creative pipelines, and presenting ideas to partners
  • Comfortable using tools like Adobe CC, Canva, Figma, and AI-assisted content creation
