Salary : up to 3000 USD / month

Working hours : Weekly availability of 40 hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm EST)

About the role :

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Creator to own the production of high-converting, educational, and engaging content across multiple channels. This person will leverage generative AI tools and internal team expertise to produce content that fuels inbound leads, partner engagement, and customer trust. They will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to engage customers and prospects with a steady stream of high-quality, helpful content for real estate investors and professionals.

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Content Development : Write and edit blog posts, lead magnets (eBooks, guides), sales decks, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, and video scripts that align with RE Cost Seg’s voice and marketing objectives.
2. Prompt Engineering : Leverage customized LLMs to generate high-quality first drafts of original content based on SEO goals, industry trends, and conversion data.
3. SEO Optimization : Research keywords and optimize written content for search engines and LLM performance.
4. Web & Email CMS Management : Publish and manage content in Webflow and HubSpot CMS.
5. Video Content : Draft educational and promotional video scripts for YouTube, webinars, and social media. Video editing experience is a plus.
6. Repurposing : Adapt long-form and technical content into bite-sized formats for social channels and newsletters.
7. Brand Consistency : Maintain a consistent tone, style, and voice that aligns with our brand and audience.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or copywriting—preferably in the real estate, financial services, or tax advisory space.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats (short-form, long-form, technical, and storytelling).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and AI-assisted content generation tools.
• Experience with Webflow CMS, HubSpot, Google Docs, and leveraging AI platforms tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong project management and self-editing skills; you can run with ideas from concept to completion.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, strategies, and data to create a high-converting content engine.

Bonus : Experience writing for commercial real estate investors, CPAs, or financial advisors.
