Role Overview

We’re seeking a versatile Content Creator to produce engaging, on-brand videos and posts for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You’ll translate staffing and industry insights into snackable social content that showcases our candidates, highlights success stories, and reinforces Growth Troops’ expertise in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation & Storyboarding

  • Develop creative concepts and scripts for 15–60 second videos and LinkedIn posts.

• Video Production

  • Film and edit vertical videos optimized for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

  • Create dynamic LinkedIn clips and carousel graphics.

• Platform Optimization

  • Tailor pacing, captions, and format to each platform’s best practices.

• Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all content aligns with Growth Troops’ voice, visuals, and messaging guidelines.

• Revision Management

  • Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver final assets on schedule.

• Content Scheduling

  • Coordinate with the marketing lead to meet weekly/monthly content calendars.

Compensation & Workflow

• Rate: Paid per approved video/post.

• Volume: Flexible — produce as many or as few pieces as you choose each month.

• Payment Terms: Net-15 days after delivery and approval.
