Job summary

Bash is South Africa's largest omnichannel shopping platform connecting over 500 brands with millions of South Africans daily. We seek a Content & Community Manager who understands people on the shop floor and can craft authentic content for omni+ and Bashstore across the network.

You'll own daily content, plan calendars, film clips, write copy, and turn milestones and launches into engaging stories. A background in retail or customer-facing roles helps you connect with store staff and audiences.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how content works and what makes it engaging.
• Ability to write well and create short video, GIFs, simple graphics.
• Strong organization to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day content for omni+. plan content, write posts, film clips, create GIFs, highlight milestones.
• Turn store staff stories and performance data into engaging content.
• Support rollout of new Bashstore features with clear, compelling content.
