Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking a talented content specialist to develop and manage product, supplier and operational content for a travel-focused business. You will write, edit and maintain engaging product descriptions, guides and FAQs while coordinating images, licensing and content across systems.

You will also plan and produce marketing copy, social media updates, newsletters and campaigns, ensuring tone and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism or related field is an advantage.
• 2–3 years’ experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing or digital content creation within travel and tourism.
• Experience turning product, supplier or operational information into customer‑friendly communication.
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO‑focused content or customer-facing documentation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit and maintain product specifications, supplier information and operational content requirements.
• Source, organise and maintain supplier images, product assets and content libraries.
• Capture content, key selling points and image requirements into Tourplan and other business systems.
• Create and maintain product user guides, FAQs, training material and process documentation.
• Maintain content accuracy and version control across company systems.
