Main Purpose of Job
Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Advisory for FSI Strategy Projects: Lead TMT strategy & insights projects by analyzing category, client, and customer, leveraging data and synthesizing for client recommendation.
  2. Help clients identify the right key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence their strategy.
  3. Build strong relationships with client digital and marketing leaders to provide strategic advice on business futures.
  4. Develop and lead on market expansion initiatives to unlock new revenue channels, providing valuable market and customer insights for business growth.
  5. Responsible for developing and implementing segment marketing strategies and programs across the country.
  6. Ability to rapidly ideate and create concepts and articulate strong storylines to clients.
  7. Perform the role of a key advisor to our clients on go-to-market strategies.
  8. Lead qualitative and quantitative and secondary research.
  9. Build deep professional relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact.
  10. Manage sales to fulfill vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets.
Leadership Accountability
  1. Establish a strong leadership brand and inspire their team through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others.
  2. Lead junior team members by coaching them to both provide leverage on projects and grow their technical and communication skills.
  3. Deliver exceptional quality results and stakeholder value by leveraging each person's strengths to build high performing teams across businesses and borders.
  4. Accountable for leading a cross-functional team, integrating product strategy, product design, together with leveraging the business and technology teams.
  5. Contribute to building an inclusive talent pipeline by creating a talent experience that attracts, develops, and retains diverse, top talent and high-performing teams.
Sector and Domain Specialization
  1. Comprehensive understanding of the FSI landscape, including banking products, insurance solutions, capital markets operations, and relevant regulations.
  2. Ability to apply deep sector expertise to lead initiatives in a given offering domain and enable a client's transformation.
  3. Ability to develop deep situational expertise with the combination of sector and offering domain to make tailored recommendations that enable the client's strategic agenda.
Experience Required
  1. Experience with a Tier-One Professional Services Firm and/or leading blue-chip organization in related industry vertical.
  2. 7-10 years working experience including 5 years in a client-facing role as well as 5 years in a management role with a focus on digital transformation.
  3. Proven experience in one or more of the customer domains of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce.
Qualifications
  1. Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related.
  2. MBA or Masters in the relevant field of study is a definite advantage.
