    As we expand our ER&I Offering, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to support the Business Unit Leadership in delivering services to clients on delegated engagements/projects, developing high-performing teams.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Client Delivery for ER&I

    • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and risks in the ER&I sector, and develop long-term strategic plans.
    • Identify potential new business ventures, including partnerships and acquisitions, to expand market reach and revenue.
    • Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies and innovative solutions relevant to ER&I, including energy efficiency, renewables, and digital transformation.
    • Develop and implement strategies aligning operations with sustainability goals, such as carbon reduction and circular economy practices.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
    • Support the Senior Manager in the delivery of designated engagements/projects, managing implementation of deliverables.
    • Track outputs against Service Level Agreements and report issues to the Senior Manager.
    • Assist in planning sales presentations and client negotiations for new and existing business.

    Engagement Leadership

    • Manage daily team deliverables on client engagements/projects.
    • Identify and resolve client service and technical issues proactively.
    • Meet regularly with clients to understand issues, anticipate needs, and address them.
    • Communicate any changes in engagement plans to the Senior Manager.
    • Provide ongoing updates on engagement status, achievements, and challenges.
    • Develop relationships across Deloitte to understand other service offerings and market the functional area.
    • Establish and maintain good relationships with external clients across industries.
    • Participate in thought leadership and share industry knowledge with clients and colleagues.
    • Keep the Senior Manager informed about engagement progress.

    Go to Market, Revenue Management & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build professional relationships and influence stakeholders to drive impact.
    • Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategies aligned with offering portfolios.
    • Define business plans to tap into regional growth, aligned with marketing and sales directions.
    • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute programs and monitor success.
    • Provide strategic counsel and oversee the development and implementation of strategies.
    • Identify key market opportunities and deliver coordinated marketing programs.
    • Manage sales pipelines to meet revenue targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's in Engineering, Mining, Sustainability, or related discipline.
    • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • Deep understanding of ER&I market, including regulations, key players, and trends.
    • 10-12 years in a leading consulting firm or established company, focusing on heavy industry sectors like manufacturing, power, oil & energy, mining, renewables, petrochemicals, and infrastructure.
    • 7-10 years in client-facing roles, including 5 years in a managerial capacity with ER&I strategy focus.
