Job Description

To provide consulting services across the entire Payroll lifecycle, including testing SAP People and Culture Management applications, resolving queries, and developing and submitting reports, up to and including executing bank files. The goal is to ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and effectiveness, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with testing standards.

Qualifications

  • Type of Qualification: Diploma
  • Field of Study: Human Resources, Finance, and IT

Experience Required

  • Experience in Digitisation, Insights, and Operations
  • Experience in People & Culture
  • 3-4 years within a financial services organization is critical.
  • Good understanding of the HR (People and Culture) value chain and the links between Payroll and other HR processes and systems.
  • Thorough understanding of the Operations environment, especially People and Culture and Payroll.
