Job description

To provide an efficient and effective point of contact for new and existing Consumer Clients within the Branch and through proactive initiatives. To provide onsite selling capability to lead sources and acquire new business within the relevant Local Market. To ensure that clients' banking needs are identified and fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively while managing the risks associated with new account mandates and specimen signatures.

Qualifications:
  • Matric
  • National Diploma (NQF6 FAIS recognized qualification)
Required Experience:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in Personal and Private Banking, with a strong emphasis on highly skilled sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value and multi-segment client portfolios, including the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities effectively.
  • Extensive experience in proactive client acquisition within the financial services sector, showcasing exceptional sales acumen and the ability to exceed acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management, ensuring collaborative partnerships that support sales objectives and client satisfaction.
