- The OD and Performance Partner will be accountable to achieve the following objectives :
Governance
Strategic Meetings
- Provide input in strategic meetings when required
- Provide inputs into enterprise-wide transformation initiatives when required
- Provide inputs into risk mitigation and controls
- Perform evaluation baseline of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in preparing proposals on change initiatives, SLAs, policies, and procedures
Escalations
- Escalate issues impacting time, scope, productivity, costs, or resources
- Provide solutions for escalations affecting multiple processes/functions impacting service delivery
Function Tactical
- Contribute to all projects (internal or global)
- Identify and document risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions
- Prepare documentation for decision-making on tactical changes
Performance
- Ensure alignment with divisional strategy
- Contribute to SLA approval and performance reviews
Reporting
- Report periodically on progress and specific projects as needed
Operational Delivery
Organization Design
- Provide insights and advice on organization design solutions
- Assist in localizing and implementing organizational architecture, strategy, and budgets
- Maintain and update organizational structures, headcount, job profiles, and transition plans
- Develop and evaluate job profiles and conduct job/position evaluations
- Develop workforce transition strategies and monitor progress
- Review and report on OD and People data for compliance
Workforce Planning and Analytics
- Assist in developing and monitoring HR budgets and workforce plans
- Prepare workforce metrics and analytics for leadership
- Optimize resource allocation
Performance Management
- Research and implement performance metrics and KPIs
- Ensure adherence to global performance management frameworks
- Educate managers on performance processes and policies
- Implement performance programs and monitor compliance
- Coordinate goal setting, moderation, and calibration processes
- Handle ad-hoc performance issues and interventions
Qualifications
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, and Competencies)
Education :
- Minimum of 3-year tertiary degree/diploma in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Business Studies, Management, or equivalent
- Relevant certifications/memberships (advantageous)
Experience :
- At least 5 years in HR, focusing on OD, performance management, and workforce planning, preferably in telecommunication environments
- Experience partnering with clients to solve business issues using progressive HR practices
- Experience working across cultures and geographies
- Experience in medium to large organizations
