Job Description : As a Consultant : Technical Accounting youll play a crucial role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance across our clients operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse multicultural team and contribute to the transformation of a telecommunications leader into a forwardthinking Tech Co. Youll be at the heart of implementing and executing technical accounting tasks collaborating with executive leadership and driving financial excellence.

Responsibilities :

Spearhead the implementation of new accounting standards ensuring seamless adoption across the organization

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address complex technical accounting queries and projects

Develop and operationalize internal accounting policies fostering consistency and best practices

Contribute to special accounting projects bringing your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency

Assist in evaluating accounting implications for mergers and acquisitions playing a key role in the companys growth strategy

Facilitate training sessions empowering finance teams with cuttingedge technical accounting knowledge

Requirements :

Honours / Postgraduate or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or related field

CA(SA) certification required

23 years of experience in technical accounting preferably in telecommunications or financial services

Strong knowledge of OHADA / IFRS accounting standards

Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

Adaptability to work across diverse cultures and geographies
