Job description

Business Segment : Business & Commercial Banking

Location : ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Constantia Drive

We are seeking a skilled Consultant, Joint Ventures to join our team in Roodepoort, South Africa.

In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support for all current and future maintenance contracts on behalf of Joint Ventures.

Qualifications
  • Matric, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree
Experience Required
  • 2 - 5 years of experience and understanding of Fleet Operations, including management and capturing of maintenance contracts in FMS (Fleet Management System)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to emails from the generic mailbox daily to reduce JV customer complaints and downtime
  • Effective filing of email correspondence and contract copies for easy access and retrieval on the online system
  • Creating new contracts on the system based on technical information from agreements/schedules (e.g., vehicle specifications such as clutch inclusion/exclusion)
  • Recording important notes on the Maintenance Monitoring Unit (MMU) under Note Pad (F6) in FMS
  • Administering joint venture accounts by loading invoicing, checking payments against budgets, preparing reports, processing month-end billing, and conducting reconciliations via odometer readings and database control
