Job Description

To attend to any cash-related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATMs) while forming an accurate assessment of the demand to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers a positive client experience and adheres to laid-down requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
  • National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS Aligned Qualification)
Experience
  • Branch Operations
  • 3-4 years of previous branch banking experience, understanding the bank's policies and procedures related to tellering/frontline support, foreign exchange, bulk cash, and ATMs.
  • Familiarity with legal aspects regarding cheques and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch.
