Job Description

To attend to any cash-related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATMs) while forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid-down requirements.

Qualifications
  • Matric certificate
  • National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualification)
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is imperative.
  • Candidates must demonstrate extensive branch banking experience, with a thorough understanding of the bank's policies and procedures, especially in teller operations and frontline support. Proficiency in managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations is essential. A solid understanding of legal aspects related to cash handling is mandatory. Candidates should also have in-depth knowledge of the functions of various branch departments.
