Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Consultant / Assistant.

This role will be based at their offices and will primarily involve providing support to the sales teams with order processing and administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Efficiently process incoming orders with precision and accuracy.
  2. Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  4. Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer records and databases.
  5. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  6. Work closely with external sales representatives to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements
  1. Min Matric, additional education or training is a plus.
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
