Construction Sales Representative KZN

CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE ( KZN )

Overview : Achieve Sales targets, action plans and goals as set by management, by effectively servicing existing customers, acquiring new customers and increasing sales.

Duties :

1. Servicing existing and new customers effectively by maintaining a regular call pattern.
2. Forming a dynamic business relationship with existing as well as new customers.
3. Acquire new customers and new business.
4. Increase sales at existing customers.
5. Ensure that customers always have sufficient stock.
6. Problem solving.
7. Maintain a professional business attitude in all daily transactions.
8. Maintain sound administration practices i.e. reports.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years construction and/or industrial product selling experience.
2. A sales/marketing qualification would be advantageous.
3. Good knowledge of different construction products and clients.
4. Applicant must be willing to do country trips when required.
5. Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, when called upon to do so.
6. In possession of a valid unendorsed driver’s license.

Remuneration :

Negotiable package (R18k to R22k) plus fuel allowance and commission.
