Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a Company Quality System and project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
- Ensure construction activities comply with local codes and technical specifications.
- Lead quality inspections, audits, and assessments across all trades.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor site activities to ensure proper execution of works and adherence to specifications and standards.
- Review and approve material and method statements in accordance with project standards.
- Maintain documentation for inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Train and guide site teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare site for CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System) and QM assessments, including mock-up reviews and scoring strategy.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance quality performance.
- Acquaint project personnel with QA requirements and arrangements; audit and monitor QA systems for compliance and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Control Systems. Understand how these systems interact and function, and diagnose and resolve issues.
- Proficiency In Testing And Inspection: Ability to conduct tests, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure systems function as intended.
- Understanding Of Building Codes And Safety Regulations: Ensure projects meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Documentation Skills: Creating clear and concise documentation, including test reports and operation manuals.
- Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
- Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry. Specific experience in the data centre industry is advantageous.
- Minimum of one project experience in a QA/QC managerial role.
