Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead significant infrastructure development projects in Upington, Northern Cape. The role combines strategic planning, site oversight, and stakeholder management to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will oversee all project phases from planning to handover, requiring strong leadership, a track record in large-scale projects, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on infrastructure development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contract administration, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
