REQUIREMENTS :

  • National Higher Diploma (Built Environment field) with a minimum of 4 years and 6 months of certified experience.
  • B-Tech (Built Environment field) with a minimum of 4 years of certified managerial experience.
  • Honours degree in any Built Environment field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Valid driver’s license.

DUTIES :

  • Contribute to project initiation, scope definition, and scope change control for envisaged projects. Manage project functions including cost, quality, and time control. Manage project cost estimates and control changes in line with budgets. Plan and attend project meetings during various project phases.
  • Assist with compiling project documentation to support project processes. Implement project administration processes according to government requirements.
  • Ensure procurement activities are implemented and adhere to government policies. Assist in implementing and ensuring project execution aligns with approved norms and schedules.
  • Support the project environment and activities to ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Manage and engage with multidisciplinary construction teams regarding the construction and maintenance of facilities.
  • Ensure construction projects are implemented and executed as per the acquisition and procurement plan, delivering high-quality projects within the stipulated time.
