Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an experiencedConstruction Managerto oversee the implementation and installation ofmulti-disciplinary packages in brewing, packaging and utilitiesdepartmentsat their Prospecton site. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing contractors, project timelines, safety, and quality during the execution phase. Disciplines to be managed include process and mechanical installation (rigging, piping, site assembly etc.), electrical installation, civil works, and interfaces with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, scope, and deadlines.
  • Supervise the installation of brewery equipment as specified in the different procurement packages.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams, OEMs, subcontractors, and external vendors.
  • Enforce site safety, compliance, and quality standards in line with AbInBev’s HSE policies.
  • Monitor progress, manage site risks, and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Lead site meetings, track documentation (method statements, risk assessments, permits, etc.), and resolve site-level issues proactively.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing production operations during installation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BSc / BEng / BTech inMechanical Engineering(or related).
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience inconstruction/project managementwithinF&B, FMCG, andbrewery environments.
  • Strong understanding ofbrewing,packaging/bottling line equipment, MEP systems, and industrial utilities.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Experience with quality control, commissioning, and safety compliance standards.
