Job Opportunity: Senior Construction Site Manager - Industrial / Commercial

Position Location: Johannesburg and Pretoria

Qualifications: MUST have a BSc Hons degree in Construction Management. Minimum of 17 - 20 years' experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager for our industrial and commercial projects. The position will be based between Johannesburg and Pretoria, depending on the site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction sites.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site. SHEQ
5. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Salary: market related plus benefits.

Additional Requirements: Own transport is required. Availability to start as soon as possible will be an added advantage.
