Are you a skilled Construction Manager ready to lead impactful infrastructure projects?
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Construction Manager to oversee our water and wastewater construction projects from planning to completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent leadership skills, and are passionate about delivering quality construction work on time and within budget — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from initiation to final handover.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Coordinate site activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
Oversee and manage subcontractors and site staff.
Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and progress reports.
Ensure all equipment, materials, and tools are available and properly used.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, permits, and regulations.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any emerging issues.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project status.
Assist in commissioning and site testing.
Manage quality control processes and QCPs.
Attend site meetings and oversee gate releases and deliveries.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification: National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Sector Exposure: Water & wastewater project experience essential.
License: Valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
Advantage: SACPCMP registration.
