Job summary

Responsibilities

• Legal Research & Analysis: study legislation, regulations and precedents relevant to construction.
• Contract Review & Drafting: assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Compliance Monitoring: ensure CIDB policies align with legal requirements.
• Litigation Support: provide admin support in proceedings and filings.
• Policy Development: contribute to CIDB's legal policies and guidelines.
