Construction General Foreman (Site based) Cape Town, Western Cape

R30 000 - R40 000 Per month Negotiable depending on qualification and experience

Our Client, an established and highly reputable Commercial Construction firm is currently in search of a hands-on, self-motivated and skilled General Foreman to join their dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Accurate setting out
• Reinforcing subcontractor management
• Formwork subcontractor management
• Ordering concrete
• Managing concrete casting team
• Managing concrete cube testing
• Wet works management and setting out

Quality control

• Assist with health and safety controls
• Site logistic control
• Manage wages staff

Qualification and experience required

• National Diploma in Building or related tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5-15 years Structural Foreman experience gained within the commercial construction industry
• Proven experience with medium to large scale projects i.e. R20 R100 Million+ is highly preferred
• Surveying background is advantageous!
