Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a supervisory role.
• Experience in multi-unit residential construction is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of building codes and safety regulations (e.g., OHS Act).
• Good leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• A trade qualification or relevant certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with project blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations on the job site.
