The ideal candidate will oversee crews, interpret plans, and ensure efficient use of resources across multiple sites around Mossel Bay, while maintaining productivity and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role in civil works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work on various sites around Mossel Bay.
