Placements24 in South Africa is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on-site activities for building projects in the Queenstown area. You will supervise daily operations, manage tradespeople, and uphold safety, quality, and schedule requirements across Eastern Cape sites.

This hands-on leadership role coordinates labour, materials and equipment, conducts toolbox talks, reviews drawings, and liaises with the Site Engineer and Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Ability to read construction drawings and project plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
