Requirements :

1. Professionally registered with SACPCMP
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing commercial and residential projects
3. Proven management of projects from inception to completion
4. Strong skills in organization and project planning
5. Experience in quality and risk assessments
6. Extensive knowledge of managing JBCC and NEC contracts
7. Understanding of legal compliance and construction regulations
8. Negotiation skills for agreements
9. Ability to manage project budgets and timelines
10. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS Candy
