Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Develop and lead a team within a live energetic environment and ensure that the projects are completed on time as well as within budget.
Set up milestones and manage them, as well as report project progress.
Kickstart regular meetings with the onsite projects team to identify any future anticipated delays affecting the project and create solutions accordingly.
Aid in the logistics plan that allows the onsite team to complete their work in a coordinated and efficient manner.
Determine priorities based on project requirements and onsite job specifications.
Determine requirements that include allowances for site-specific necessities while adhering to project budgets.
Evaluate project performance and onsite quality assurance while adhering to geographic site-specific laws.
Submit health and safety files and ensure the onsite team adheres to these policies and procedures while being exposed to various environmental factors.
International as well as national travel will be required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
BSc in Construction Management or a similar degree (Non-Negotiable).
Minimum of 10 years experience with knowledge of construction, engineering, and procurement industry standards both national and international.
