Concierge Team Leader / Manager (Hospitality/Security within Hospitality)

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re on the lookout for a Concierge Team Leader / Manager to join a well-established team and take the helm of a dynamic 9-person concierge/security crew.

This is more than a front desk role — it’s about creating a welcoming environment, managing a team with precision, and being the calm in the chaos when unexpected situations arise. Flexibility to work occasional night shifts when required (1–2 times per week).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, support, and train a team of 9 concierge staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, manage performance, and coordinate shift schedules.
3. Handle guest/resident/client queries, special requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and care.
4. Maintain open communication lines between concierge staff, building management, and clients.
5. Ensure strict adherence to safety, access control, and security procedures.

1. Solid experience in a concierge, hospitality, customer service, or property management role (leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred).
2. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
3. Calm under pressure, impeccably presented, and committed to service excellence.
4. Comfortable using basic computer systems (emails, rosters, incident logging, etc.).
5. Flexibility to work occasional night shifts when required (approx. 1–2 nights per week).
