Job Summary:
The Compliance Team Leader will oversee a team responsible for managing all aspects of candidate compliance. This role includes supervising internal and external communications, ensuring the accurate receipt and upload of necessary documents into the company CRM system, and resolving compliance issues. The leader will ensure that all candidates adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and contractual obligations required by our clients, maintaining high compliance standards to effectively fulfil client needs. Full understanding of framework compliance across CCS and HTE. Clinical audits and compliance maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily compliance operations and contribute to strategic initiatives aligning with overall compliance goals.
  • Ensure compliance services meet all regulatory and internal standards to uphold the organization's commitment to adherence.
  • Manage and update the CRM system for seamless tracking of candidate and client information.
  • Verify that candidates possess necessary professional registrations and qualifications for their roles.
  • Ensure candidates have required indemnity cover in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Support candidates through background checks, fitness-to-work documentation, and mandatory training to ensure compliance.
  • Keep relevant databases organized and up to date for efficient operations.
  • Document all interactions with candidates, outside organizations, and recruiters in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance tasks are completed within agreed timeframes to maintain efficiency.
  • Take on tasks as needed to support organizational success, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on departmental activities within established timelines.
  • Identify and escalate compliance issues to the Head of Compliance promptly for resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum 4 years in healthcare recruitment, focusing on compliance.
  • Leadership:Proven track record in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Evidence of high customer satisfaction in previous roles.
  • CRM Systems: Proficient in using CRM systems such as Eclipse
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
  • Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Teamwork:Collaborative approach to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ownership & Prioritization: Strong organizational skills for managing workloads.
