Job Description

Assist the manager in ensuring that the compliance function aligns with legal, industry, and regulatory requirements.

Promote the prevention of legal and regulatory risks within the company (TCF).

Maintain efficient and effective compliance operations.

Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to the compliance function (TCF).

Represent the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs department at specific forums as required.

Responsible for Compliance Monitoring and Reporting.

Monitor compliance risk policies and procedures at the Head Office and across group branches.

Maintain standardized monitoring procedures.

Complete monitoring reports.

Provide compliance guidance and support to the Group of Companies.

Contribute to the development of compliance risk management plans.

Assist in completing internal and regulatory compliance reports.

Provide training and raise awareness on compliance matters.

Create awareness of legal requirements (TCF) within the group.

Inform employees about relevant compliance issues.

Develop, educate, and promote a healthy, business-oriented compliance culture.

Regularly meet with stakeholders, including regional managers, to identify and address compliance risks.

  • Compliance Certificate (advantageous)
Experience
  • 2-3 years experience in Risk Management and Compliance
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Insurance Industry
