Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer (Legal) to lead our remote compliance initiatives. You will develop, implement, and monitor programs ensuring adherence to South African regulations while supporting business integrity and risk management from a fully remote setup.

The role requires a law/business-related degree and extensive experience in compliance, with strong analytical and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a compliance or legal role, preferably in-house.
• In-depth knowledge of South African legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in risk assessment and developing compliance strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
