Our client in the facilities management, cleaning, and security industry is seeking a Compliance Officer (Landscaping) based in JHB Hyde Park.

Reporting: The Compliance Officer (Landscaping) will report directly to the Landscaping Specialist.

Purpose of the Job: The Compliance Officer will ensure that Landscaping Personnel comply with company policies, procedures, regulations, and requirements related to landscaping. Additionally, they will maintain service delivery standards and operational efficiencies at the highest level.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Certified
• Bilingual
• Solid computer proficiency
• Drivers License Code 08
• 3 years of direct managerial experience
• 2-4 years of experience in the cleaning and landscaping industry
• Knowledge of industry regulations, including operational and client requirements

Postgraduate qualification in Horticulture or Landscaping is a key advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce the company's disciplinary code of conduct
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and HSHEQ standards related to landscaping
• Ensure adequate annual leave coverage
• Address pay queries promptly
• Manage rosters and manpower efficiently
• Assist with training and induction of onsite personnel
• Investigate on-site allegations and report findings
• Implement roster changes promptly
• Manage equipment and ensure servicing
• Ensure services are rendered as per SLA
