Job Description Ensure the implementation of the Group's compliance frameworks and programmes in consultation with the business, ensuring conformance and adherence to regulations, and delivering through a team of Compliance resources / specialists.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, especially regulatory and ethical standards.

Perform regular audits, design control systems, and help to develop and implement company policies.

Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs. Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage to deliver planned work within agreed parameters. Build relationships across teams to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation. Deliver customer experience excellence aligned with organizational values and service standards. Improve business decisions by providing accurate business intelligence and analyzing trends and data. Provide reports on service delivery against service level agreements and customer targets. Review work progress and provide input for reporting, decision-making, and improvements. Implement, monitor, and control business processes according to quality standards, policies, and compliance requirements. Develop and implement end-to-end processes aligned to the customer journey map. Review and improve existing processes to drive efficiencies. Monitor customer feedback and optimize processes accordingly. Analyze and interpret regulations, using a risk-based approach to identify applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMPs). Compile monitoring plans and reports on monitoring results. Report incidents and escalate compliance risks and incidents promptly. Advise management on systems, policies, and controls for compliance. Research legislative developments and communicate updates to stakeholders. Promote a culture of compliance through training and awareness initiatives. Provide regulatory training to channels. Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements. Maintain knowledge of legislative amendments, industry best practices, and internal procedures. Review and adapt compliance systems and procedures as needed. Understand risks and risk management strategies. Develop and implement governance and compliance procedures, identifying risks. Educate others and suggest improvements. Participate in risk forums as required. Contribute to the tactical and operational planning of the business area. Implement and enforce the organization's compliance program. Maintain awareness of regulatory frameworks, especially related to FAIS Act, code of conduct, and related requirements. Consult with operational managers to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Oversee and monitor FAIS compliance, including licensing and levies.
