Hiring : Compliance Administrator Location : Rosebank Department : Legal and Compliance Job Summary : This position is ideal for a recent graduate who has completed their articles or is a newly admitted attorney, with a strong interest in compliance.

The Compliance Administrator will support the team in ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will assist with various compliance tasks, regulatory reporting, and risk management efforts while gaining valuable exposure to compliance frameworks in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities : Regulatory Compliance Support Compliance Reporting and Documentation Risk Management Assist with investigations into potential compliance breaches, including gathering relevant documentation and preparing summaries of findings.

Internal Controls and Audits Training and Awareness Legal and Compliance Administration Skills and Qualifications : Education : A Law degree (LLB or equivalent) is required.

Completion of legal articles or recent admission as an attorney.

Additional qualifications or interest in compliance-related certifications (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.

Experience : Recent legal or compliance-related experience.

Exposure to regulatory frameworks, compliance procedures, or legal research.

Knowledge : Basic understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices.

Familiarity with legal risk management and regulatory reporting requirements is a plus.

Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
