Role: Complex Need Support Worker

Pay: £28,000 a year

Location: Stephen House, 1b Copeland Road, E17 9DB

About the role:

You will be a key member of the Housing and Support team, delivering high-quality housing and support services to residents. Your role involves engaging with residents and visitors, providing information, guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include reception duties, first aid, fire marshal duties, health and safety, and welcoming new residents and members of the Health & Wellbeing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service as the first point of contact, creating a positive experience for residents and visitors.
  • Diverse and Dynamic Role: Manage reception tasks, handle calls, mail, repairs, and payments, while ensuring safety and security.
  • Safety and Security: Act as first aider and fire marshal, conduct patrols, and monitor wellbeing and facilities to enhance safety.
  • Welcoming and Attentive: Greet new residents, address complaints, handle reports of anti-social behaviour, and offer empathetic support.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work with experienced housing advisors, contributing to residents' well-being and community safety.
