Our client, a leading multinational in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, is looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their high-performing team.

This is not just another HR role, it’s a high-impact leadership position where you’ll help shape and implement a modern total rewards strategy across a dynamic, unionized environment. You’ll serve as a key advisor to the Head of HR and play a visible, trusted role in influencing organizational performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation management and job evaluation initiatives
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs
  • Oversee expat payroll, invoicing, and global mobility support
  • Drive payroll management and labor cost budgeting
  • Streamline HR administration and HRIS systems
  • Enable HR systems automation and process optimization
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting and data management
  • Provide strategic HR support across departments
  • Monitor and support Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) compliance

Required Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in the Human Resources and/ or Financial field
  • 8 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Project Management
  • 5 years experience in the managing of a small group of individuals is essential
