Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits expert to take ownership of a high-impact role in a fast-moving, globally connected environment. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous leadership position where you'll be the key decision-maker in salary structures, benefits programs, and incentives, while collaborating closely with global teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive rewards, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Benchmark and analyze salary structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee merit increases, bonus structures, and long-/short-term incentive plans.
  • Develop and refine C&B policies, ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations.
  • Partner with finance, recruitment, and HR teams to optimize compensation strategies.
  • Provide key reports and analytics on compensation trends and global salary structures.
  • Manage high-level stakeholder interactions and handle compensation-related escalations.

What We're Looking For :

  • 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years leading the function.
  • Proven expertise in salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and incentive structuring.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in global rewards and multi-region compensation frameworks.
  • Industry exposure to ITES, KPO, Analytics, or Call Centre environments.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense (advantageous).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
