Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of children and families in need.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans to ensure child safety and family stability.
• Provide direct counseling and support services to children and their families.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other community agencies to coordinate care and resources.
• Prepare detailed case notes, reports, and court documents as required by law and agency policy.
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the legal and social service systems.
