Our client in the service firm, is looking for a Company Secretarial / Statutory Compliance Officer with 3+ years of experience in a similar role to join their team in HoneydewMinimum requirements : 3+ years of experience in a company secretarial or statutory compliance roleRelevant tertiary qualification (Legal, Corporate Governance, or similar)Strong administrative skills and database management experience.Proficient in Greysoft and InfoDocs (or similar secretarial software)Excellent knowledge of the Companies Act and FICABilingual in Afrikaans and English preferredKey Responsibilities : Handle all company secretarial duties, including formation, registration, and deregistration of companies and close corporationsManage director / member / auditor appointments and resignationsMaintain statutory records (share registers, director registers, etc.
Process share transfers, issue share certificates, and prepare statutory resolutions and minutesFile statutory forms with CIPC and manage Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) declarationsEnsure FIC Act compliance and handle KYC documentationUtilize CIPC eServices and BizPortal effectivelyProvide ad hoc administrative and compliance support as neededIf you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
