Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker with SACSSP.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in social work.
• Strong knowledge of Western Cape social welfare legislation and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and case management services to clients and families.
• Connect clients with community resources, services and agencies.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work
