Community Sales Manager at Regus

As a Community Sales Manager, you'll oversee the smooth operation of your Regus centre, focusing on increasing sales and revenue to help more people enjoy flexible working benefits.

You will motivate your team to create a positive working environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

A typical day at Regus
  1. Start with an informal team meeting over coffee to plan the day.
  2. Oversee reception, greeting members and visitors, assisting with facilities, WiFi, and AV setups.
  3. Meet new members to understand their business needs and facilitate networking opportunities.
  4. Coordinate move-ins for large companies, ensuring all preparations are complete.
  5. Engage with walk-in customers interested in memberships.
  6. Host a monthly operations meeting with your local cluster of Community Sales Managers and the regional Operations Manager.
  7. Conduct a walk-around the centre, engaging with members and gathering feedback as the day concludes.
About you

We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing operations, excellent multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You should be:

  • A good communicator, experienced in customer service, ideally in hospitality or events.
  • Confident, approachable, and capable of building strong relationships.
  • A motivating leader who inspires and develops their team.
  • Ownership-driven, positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic IT packages.
