What you'll need:
  • Customer Service: Experience in the service industry managing diverse people and customers. We welcome candidates from backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, the creative arts, or any sector where customer focus is key.
  • Leadership: Experience managing a small team (1-5 people). Leadership at IWG involves inspiring, caring, and nurturing your team to deliver world-class service daily.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in basic IT packages like MS Office. We will train you on our systems.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and handle unexpected challenges to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sales: Ability to showcase our spaces, handle inquiries, conduct tours, and close deals.
