If you join us as a Community Manager, you'll lead the team within your centre and, as a collective, you'll rally together to create total customer satisfaction, which means they happily return time and again.
What you'll need… Customer service experience — As customer service is the core of our business, you should have a background in the service industry where you've managed a diverse mix of people and customers.
We offer comprehensive induction and ongoing training, so we will consider candidates from a range of backgrounds and industries, such as retail, hospitality, the creative arts, and others where the customer is at the heart of the business.
Leadership — You'll lead a small team of 1-5 people (depending on the size of the centre), so previous management experience is required.

Tech — We use various systems and technology in our centres, so you'll need a good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office; we will teach you the rest.
Problem Solving — No two days are the same, and each day may present interesting twists and hurdles to overcome.
Sales — As the face of the IWG brand, you will showcase our spaces, take new inquiries, tour customers, and close deals.
