Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Adult Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community facilitation, development work, or empowerment programs.
• Experience in participatory development processes and project implementation.
• Strong understanding of community empowerment principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.
• Proficiency in data collection, basic analysis, and report writing.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Upington region.
