Our team of knowledgeable and experienced professionals are committed to continuously improving patient care and experience and contributing to the evidence base. We support interdepartmental supervision and peer learning. Our service is committed to shifting the balance of care to work in upstream prevention and early intervention, innovative and trauma informed approaches to health and wellbeing, especially in relation to Diabetes/ Weight and Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape these programmes of work with emergence of new treatments and technologies to support patient outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years post registration experience, ideally within an MDT setting and we can commit robust induction and support if you’re new to the world of Community Dietetics.
