You will oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, drive planning, execution, and reporting to donors and community leaders, and manage teams of staff, volunteers, and contractors. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in non-profit/community development.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and closing of community development projects.
Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
Manage project teams including staff, volunteers and contractors.
Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee procurement processes and vendor management per policies.
