You will be essential in ensuring our centres operate smoothly. While our buildings are beautiful and tech is top-notch, it is your people skills that truly complete the experience. As a Community Associate, you will help create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return repeatedly.

What you’ll need…
  • Customer service: Experience in the service industry, dealing with diverse customers. We welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, creative arts, or any background where customer focus is key. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Leadership: Experience working independently within a small team. Inspiring, caring, and nurturing leadership qualities are valued to motivate team members and deliver exceptional service.
  • Tech: Proficiency in basic IT packages such as MS Office. Additional systems training will be provided.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address challenges proactively to ensure smooth centre operations.
